Vetta CFO provides management reporting, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, financial modelling and technical ERP/reporting implementation to support management's internal planning. Outputs use data provided by the client and/or appointed professionals.
Vetta CFO does not offer or perform bookkeeping or maintenance of accounting books, accounting entries, statutory closes, preparation or filing of tax or VAT/MWST returns, audit, administration of companies in a fiduciary capacity, administration or management of client assets/funds, fiduciary holding of participations, capital intermediation or recommendations on financial instruments.
In ERP implementations Vetta handles project setup, workflows, management-data structure, KPIs, reporting, testing, go-live and training. For accounting, tax or VAT/MWST modules, criteria and parameters must be defined or validated by the client's fiduciary or other authorised professional. Vetta does not assume professional responsibility for those criteria and does not subsequently keep the client's accounts.
Each engagement is defined in writing with data inputs, deliverables and responsibilities. If a client request concerns accounting, tax, statutory, fiduciary or asset-management activities, that activity is excluded from Vetta's scope and remains with the client or the appointed authorised professional.
Budgets, forecasts, scenarios and models are management tools based on available assumptions and data. Business decisions, their approval and execution remain the responsibility of the client's management.
